With group classes we get awesomely sweaty… but it’s difficult to progress due to mixed levels. RR boot camps will be conducted in small groups matched by level and time preference. We will progress every week to give you the maximum benefit.

RR Boot Camp FAQ

  • Introduction call for me to understand your history, goals, and workout preferences (time, etc.)
  • Intermediate II camp (6 weeks)
    • 2 -3 x progressing 45 min. weekly semi-private workouts via zoom:
      • 2 x circuit training (HIIT-style or Low-Impact, including resistance bands)
      • Option to add on a 3rd session per week (check out the cost section for details)
      • You will be asked to walk/jog/hike/bike on your own on another day in the week
  • Beginner/Intermediate camp (6 weeks)
    • 2 x progressing 45 min. weekly semi-private workouts via zoom:
      • 1-2 x circuit training (HIIT-style or Low-Impact)
      • -or- 1 x something else depending on the group and resources (could be strength training, mini-bands, yoga)
      • You will be asked to walk/jog/hike/bike on your own on another day in the week
      • Includes fundamentals of exercise! We will breakdown squats, lunges, push-ups, planks and more and build on these in our exercise circuits
  • Advanced camp (8 weeks): ROLLING START, contact me
    • 2 x progressing 45 min. weekly semi-private workouts via zoom:
      • 2 x HIIT-style workouts, possibly with some resistance depending on the resources of the group
      • 1 x a workout on your own. I will work with you if you need general advice on how to compliment our sessions
  • Weekly personal check-in
  • Support with personal needs: adjustments, variations, specific stretches for problem areas, etc.
  • General nutrition support (caloric intake, etc.)

Since we’re still building up and coming out of corona times, we’re keeping our pricing friendly. Beginner and Intermediate: 2x per week: $159 (£125/€140) for the whole 6 weeks with intro call, check-ins, and the stuff in ‘what’s included’ included. 2x per week + bonus 3rd day of live training: $229 Advanced camp: $189 (£150/€170) for the whole 6 weeks with intro call, check-ins, and the stuff in ‘what’s included’ included.

No, but it’s the best way to make sure you can keep up and, well, you’ve paid for them so I hope you do.

I will match people as closely as possible by group and give alternatives for those who need a modification. The benefit of small groups/semi-private training is that I know your needs and can work with you on this.

Up to 6 people per group so I can give individual attention.

  • A space where you can move around comfortably.
  • A device such as a smartphone, ipad or laptop and access to a service such as Facetime, whatsapp, Facebook Messenger, skype or zoom.
  • If you have equipment, let me know, and we might be able to work this in, but it’s not necessary.
  • You must be well enough to engage in the program and I will ask you to sign a form confirming this.
