Enjoy private yoga with an experienced instructor, with sessions designed just for you. I create classes at your level and guide you through your practice with personal attention to your form and needs. 

From gentle yoga to strong flow, I leverage my training as a yoga instructor and knowledge as a personal trainer to create custom sessions addressing my clients’ particular needs.

Message me here and we’ll schedule a time to talk by phone, whatsapp, skype, zoom, messenger, or messenger pigeon (ok not the last one). The first conversation will be about you and your goals and history and how we can work together. It’ll be fun, promise 🙂

  • 1 x session: 45 ($£€)  
  • 4 x sessions: 160 (40/ea) ($£€)
  • 8 x sessions: 152 (38/ea) ($£€)
  • Up to 3 people are welcome at every session

Because you like the instructor :). But also convenience, flexibility, and the ability to deepen your practice through private, personalised instruction. You will be more likely to stick to your practice when you can do it from a convenient location, at a convenient time, and have accountability to do so. You will also be in the privacy of your home so if the studios or classes nearby don’t work for you, this could also be a plus.

You definitely could! The benefit of a personal instructor is the ability to enjoy private yoga sessions which achieve suit your specific level and goals, combined with personalised guidance on the execution of particular poses.

It depends what you want and need for your personal yoga practice. Chair yoga, strong/power vinyasa flow, arm balance training, gentle vinyasa flow are all options.

– A space where you can move around comfortably.
– A device such as a smartphone, ipad or laptop and access to a service such as Facetime, whatsapp, Facebook Messenger, skype or zoom

I am a 200hr, REPs level 3, certified yoga instructor. I did my teacher training in Amsterdam at Equal (hot power yoga) and was subsequently hired there to teach their lovely clients. I am experienced in teaching both group classes and one-on-one. I am also a personal trainer and have studied physical activity and behaviour change at a graduate level.

My combination of professional training in personal training, yoga instruction, and education in psychology, including behaviour change methods, combined with decades of sport training and participation. I got into yoga because I loved what it did for my mental health and how it physically complemented my other activities. I take a relaxed approach to yoga instruction, trying to make it as enjoyable and accessible as possible. I’m also told I have a pretty decent sense of humour. 😉

I train all levels. I have clients in their 20’s and 70’s and am comfortable and confident creating a session to suit your ability and goals.

It’s a difficult time to be a yoga instructor and trainer among other professions so I’m happy to consider other arrangements let me know your budget and maybe we can work something out.
