I’ve got your back! I am a lifelong athlete turned passionate and energetic personal trainer. I can provide a personalised plan for you and lead you through live online or in-person sessions in Edinburgh, designed for your level and created to achieve your goals.

Whether you’re keen to get a little more fit or looking to achieve a specific goal like run a race, fit in a particular pair of pants, or become more stable and flexible, I can help. I would be honoured to leverage my years of experience creating and implementing training plans for clients from 20-80 years-old to help you reach your goals.

Personal Training FAQ

Message me here and we’ll schedule a time to talk by phone, whatsapp, skype, zoom, messenger, or messenger pigeon (ok not the last one). The first conversation will be about you and your goals and history and how we can work together. It’ll be fun, promise 🙂

I will create a package for you that works with your budget. This might mean more or less workouts on your own and more or less time in a session. For a general idea, see below:

Custom training plans for your goals, accountability and questions check-ins:

  • Intro call to outline goals and background information
  • Training plan including: strength, running, flexibility, endurance, balance, depending on goals
  • Plan adjustments (from monthly to as necessary)
  • Check-ins and questions answered (from weekly to daily)
  • Private workout sessions: possibly 1-2 x 45 minute with me per week

$50 – $250 (£40-199) / per month depending on private sessions included in package

-or- Stand-alone Private Coaching Sessions (online or in-person in Edinburgh)

  • 1 x session: 45 ($£€)  
  • 4 x sessions: 160 (40/ea) ($£€)
  • 8 x sessions: 152 (38/ea) ($£€)

It depends what you need. I might set up a training program and check in with you weekly or more frequently or we might train together (online) so I can see you, your form, give suggestions, and help motivate you. The types of training we might do together include: bodyweight training, low impact training, hiit (high intensity interval training), yoga, strength training, or a combination. I’m very creative when it comes to home workouts, I’ve been doing these for years so we’ll determine your specific program together based on your preference and your goals.

Sure! Actually it’s a great idea to involve the family and friends since you’re more likely to stick to it this way. If it’s a private session, I’m happy to have 2 people there for the same cost. If there are more people and/or you are looking for individual training plans, let me know and we’ll work it out.

– A space where you can move around comfortably.
– A device such as a smartphone, ipad or laptop and access to a service such as Facetime, whatsapp, Facebook Messenger, skype or zoom
– Any equipment we use is up to you, I can develop a bodyweight program to achieve most goals.

I am a lifelong athlete turned personal trainer. I am experienced, and I am certified by the American Council on Exercise (ACE) and registered with REPs. I am also a 200hr RYT vinyasa yoga instructor. I have studied physical activity and behaviour change at a graduate level and I’m told I have a great sense of humour 😉

My unique combination of professional training in personal training, yoga instruction, and psychology, including behaviour change methods, and overall sustainable mental and physical health wellness, combined with decades of passionate sport training and participation. My experience allows me to more fully support clients in their range of needs and thus achieve results. Also… a pretty decent sense of humour.

I train all levels. I have clients in their 20’s and 70’s and am comfortable and confident creating a plan to suit your ability and goals.

It’s a difficult time to be a trainer among other professions so I’m happy to consider other arrangements let me know your budget and maybe we can work something out. I also hold online group workouts which can be more affordable. Contact me for more information.
